This senior leadership role requires an exceptional chef who can drive consistency, quality, and innovation while mentoring and leading head chefs and culinary teams across all locations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Group Executive Chef or Senior Executive Chef across multiple properties
- Exceptional culinary expertise, with strong bakery and French pastry skills highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop large multi-site culinary teams
- Strong operational oversight, including menu development, cost control, supplier management, and quality assurance
- Strategic mindset with a passion for culinary excellence and brand consistency
